Of course, we could just leave the Scots and English campaigns to get on with it, then we'd get out own team by default.

(Although would it be a 'rump' British team, ie, us with the Isles of Man, Sark and Scilly, together with other far-flung outposts where they still point at aeroplanes)

But the looking at the other campaign sites, perhaps we'd better put our own bid together.
